Who We Are:

We are Lyn & Art and live in San Diego, CA.  Contact me at ridgebackhome@gmail.com   Our country property is surrounded by native oak trees and native Manzanita, hence our kennel name.  We have had dogs most of our lives, but brought our first Ridgeback into our family in 1997.  Since then, we have enjoyed many activities with these wonderfully sensitive, athletic and humorous dogs.  We have enjoyed lure coursing, conformation, agility, and even some sheep herding. Our dogs are family members, are raised in the home, and do not live in a kennel situation. 

We breed occasionally, concentrating on quality for conformation, performance, and good companion temperaments. Pups from each litter are placed in homes as both pets and show prospects. All puppies are vaccinated,  microchipped and health checked before going to new homes.
